Order instructions for our store in advance:

When the order has been ordered for delivery but there is no logistics record, you cannot apply for a refund for any reason, because the order has already entered the state of distribution and waiting to be sent. If you cannot accept it, please do not place an order and do not dispute it at that time.

About urgent orders and urgent goods orders: When submitting the order, please make a note by yourself to send SF Express freight on delivery, and notify in advance of missing goods. If there is no note, we will ship according to our procedures. Don't urge us that the logistics is too slow, so we can't return the goods because of this!!!

1. All orders shipped by our store are accompanied by a delivery list. There are remarks for all details of the current delivery and less goods on the list. The customer receives the goods and keeps the delivery list until all after-sales of the order are in good condition. The delivery list is also the after-sales certificate of our store. If there is no delivery list of our store, we will not deal with any problems related to order shortage and after-sales (only one).

2. There are many styles in our store. Due to objective reasons, we cannot provide product-related certificates one by one. If you don't mind, don't shoot.

3. About less goods: Due to the large number of styles, colors and models, it is normal for wholesale to have less goods. If there are less goods, we will make a note on the list by ourselves. We will not call one by one before delivery. If you need advance notice, make a note by yourself when submitting the order. If there is no note, we will ship according to the normal procedure. Please take a list and note the pictures of the less goods area to Wangwang customer service when you receive the goods. If there is no problem, we can directly process the refund and send a screenshot to you. If there is less goods, you will be refunded directly, and it will not be reissued! You cannot return or exchange goods on

4. About wholesale: Orders over 100 yuan are wholesale series in our store. When you receive the goods, if there is any quality problem with individual products, please take relevant pictures within 7 days after signing for delivery and contact the online customer service for processing. Expired orders will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation!

5. About the product: Due to the different workmanship of the product, some materials will inevitably smell. Due to the rare defects such as residual glue, small black spots, and small scratches in hand-processed products, it is not used for quality problems. Oh, and you can't use this as a reason to return or exchange, mind not taking pictures.

6. About retail: Orders under 100 yuan are retail series in our store, and the number of retail products shipped is not large. Please open and check all aspects of the product before signing for it. If there is a problem or you are not satisfied with the product, do not sign for it. Contact the online customer service to explain the reasons. Non-quality problems will not be returned or exchanged. For reasons such as buyer dissatisfaction/dislike/not what I want, because the order is mostly handmade products, once the receipt is confirmed, it is the default to prove that the product can be accepted in all aspects and there is no problem. After signing for it, we will not accept any after-sales problems related to the product.

7. About color difference: During the shooting process of our products, the colors of the products are all taken by professional photographers. There may be a slight gap between the colors and the real objects due to lighting scenes or different monitors on the market. The real objects are subject to receipt of the goods. The color difference cannot be used as a reason to return or exchange the goods. Please understand!

8. Regarding the price: All products in our store will be adjusted from time to time according to various factors such as raw materials. The orders placed before the price adjustment cannot make up the price difference.
